Kitty Massey

Kitty Sue (Nelson) Massey, 46, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2012. She was born on February 6, 1966 in Pryor, Oklahoma, the daughter of Perry O. Nelson and Zadie (McKinney) Nelson. She married Robert Massey on September 23, 1995 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kitty worked for Nelson Nissan Mazda in Broken Arrow in Accounting. She enjoyed her work and all the people she worked with like family. She was a member of the Yale Avenue Christian Church. She loved her family, especially her two year old grandson, Jaxson. She loved her animals. Shopping trips with her sister's was something she always looked forward to. Kitty was a wonderful cook, her green bean casserole and enchiladas were favorites. She loved OSU football. Kitty loved her Lord, her family and her friends. Funeral Services for Kitty will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 in the Shipman's Funeral Chapel with Reverend Mike Albert officiating. Interment will follow in the Adair Cemetery with Steve Millard, Tim Massey, Hayden Richards, Ethan Foster, Ronnie Foster and Colton Sharp serving as casket bearers. Kitty is survived by her husband, Robert of the home; her son, Robby and wife, Jenny Massey of Sapulpa, OK; her grandson, Jaxson Massey; her mother, Zadie Nelson of Lincoln, NB; her sisters, Linda and Larry Cobler of Locust Grove, OK and Karen Robison of Pryor, OK; her brothers, Ronnie and wife, Karon Nelson of Tulsa, OK and Kenny and wife, Veredia Nelson of Chouteau, OK; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Perry O. Nelson.
