Lucy Louderback

Lucy Lee Lenox Louderback was born October 11, 1927 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Audie Whisenhunt Lenox and Bert E. Lenox of Inola, Oklahoma. She departed this life on November 28, 2012. She was 85 years old. Lucy Lee had lived in Findley, Ohio approximately 10 years. She was married to Charles Louderback at the First Baptist Church in Pryor, Oklahoma. They were married for over 30 years and had a wonderful life together. She graduated from Inola High School in Inola, Oklahoma. She also graduated from Cosmetology School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. To this union was born three children, David Louderback, Nancy Seifert and Christopher Louderback. She loved to travel, ride horses, and spending time with her family. She enjoyed traveling to Oklahoma each year to spend time with her sister, Gail Ince and family and friends. When visiting Oklahoma each year with her sister, she enjoyed attending church service and activities at the First Baptist Church in Pryor. Lucy and Gail shared the same birth date. Lucy's father owned a hardware business in Inola, Oklahoma over 30 years. Her mother was a school teacher in Inola. She and her husband resided in the state of Alaska for over 35 years and after Charles passing, she lived in Post Falls, Idaho also. Lucy was a woman of great Christian faith. Her family is comforted with the knowledge that because of her faith in Jesus Christ, she is at peace in Heaven. Lucy was a fun-loving, high-spirited wife, mother and grandmother. She truly loved life! She will be missed by everyone. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the Shipman's Funeral Chapel in Pryor, Oklahoma with Reverend Jim Bryant officiating. She will return to Anchorage, Alaska to be laid to rest with her husband, Charles and son, David. She is survived by two children, Nancy Seifert and her husband, John of Mt. Blanchard, OH and Christopher Louderback of Flagstaff, AZ; one granddaughter, Annie Mae of Flagstaff, AZ; one sister, Gail Ince of Pryor, OK; one niece, Terri Ince Ross and one nephew, Stephen Ince of Pryor, Oklahoma; many other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; one son, David; and her parents, Audie and Bert Lenox.
