Adron O. Robertson, 92 of Salina, passed away on March 29, 2017 in Claremore Va center. He was born on April 23, 1924 in Clinton, Arkansas; the son of John Forrest and Donia (Lofties) Robertson. A. O. grew up and attended school in Starr City, Arkansas. After graduating from high school, he attended Aircraft school in California. He joined the Navy at the age of 17 and then went on and joined the United States Air Force during World War II and served in Japan. A. O. also served our country faithfully in the United States Army. On May 9, 1964, he married Florence Alma Tiner and they made their home in Tulsa where he was a lifetime member of Local #514 Aircraft Workers of Tulsa. They later had a daughter; Tina Robertson. He and his family later moved to Coweta where he was a member of the Masonic Lodge and they lived there for 20 years. A.O. went to work for American Airlines as a mechanic and retired in 1983. In 1991 he and his wife Florence moved to Salina, where they attended Valley Heights Free Will Baptist Church. He was a loving father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A.O. is survived by his daughter, Tina Robertson of Salina, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Ashley Yochum of Arkansas; grandson, Dalton McMillan of Salina, Oklahoma; great grandchildren, Michael Weers Jr. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Donia Robertson; wife, Florence, Robertson; 2 brothers, and 4 sisters.
