Bill Eugene Morehead, 77, of Pryor, passed away on Wednesday, December 09, 2015 in Pryor, Oklahoma. He was born on January 14, 1938 in Murphy, Oklahoma; the son of James and Mabel (Blackwell) Morehead. He faithfully served his country in the United States Army. Bill retired from the Cement plant in Pryor and also owned Morehead Electric for many years. He was also a member of the Pryor Elks Lodge, the American Legion and was a Pryor city councilman in the 60's. He leaves behind many wonderful memories and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 12, 2015 in the Pleasant View Baptist Church in Pryor with Reverend Jerold Pilant officiating. Bill is survived by his wife, Barbara Morehead of the home; sons, John and wife Barbara Barry of Utica, Mississippi and Jerry Littlefield of Pryor, Oklahoma; daughters, Pam and husband Walter Stout of Pryor, Oklahoma, Vickie and husband Leo Bauer of Billerica, Massachusetts, Jamie Raglin of Pryor, Oklahoma and Christine Littlefield of Pryor, Oklahoma; brothers, Charles Morehead of Pryor, Oklahoma, Tom and wife Robbie Morehead of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Skip and wife Brenda Morehead of Florida; sister, Barbara and husband Ted Lancaster of Pryor, Oklahoma; 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Mabel Morehead; sons, Frankie Littlefield and Marty Littlefield; brother Jay Morehead; sister, Dorothy Robbins and grandson, Chase Littlefield.
