Billy Ray Bowline, 67, of Eucha, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Billy was born on December 21, 1946 in Vinita, Oklahoma, the son of Elvis Bowline and Ruby (Roberts) Bowline. He married married Carol J. Bird on January 21, 1994 at Miami, Oklahoma. Billy worked as an electrician and was a member of the Electrical Union #584 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and cooking. Billy dearly loved his family, especially his grandchildren and all the time spent with them. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who leaves many wonderful memories for his family and friends to cherish. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home, where his family will receive friends and celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the South Grand Lake Baptist Church in Eucha. Billy is survived by his wife, Carol of the home; his son, Ray Dean Bowline and Kim Yeager of Salina, OK; his daughter, Joyce and husband, Jerry Scroggins of Salina, OK; three step daughters, Qwen Inman and husband, Robert of Ketchum, OK, Cassie James and husband, Carl of Diamond, MO, Kimberly Owens and husband, Chris of Ketchum, OK; two sisters, Teresa Oats of Jay, OK and Pam Goins of Disney, OK; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elvis and Ruby Roberts; one brother, Jimmy Bowline.

A visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home where his family will receive friends and celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the South Grand Lake Baptist Church in Eucha.
