Bob Blackbear, 59, of Salina, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 in Kenwood, Oklahoma. He was born on August 2, 1953 in Kenwood, Oklahoma, the son of Claude Dry and Nora Jean Sapp. Bob married Rosetta Mae O'Field on June 15, 1973 in Kenwood, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on September 22, 2012. Bob worked for Simmons Foods in the sanitation department. He was a member of the Steeley Baptist Church. He enjoyed softball and watching football. He especially enjoyed watching his grandchildren playing sports. Always the proud grandpa, he will be so very missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the Steeley Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Soldier officiating, obituary read by Chris King. Interment will be in the Euwasha Cemetery at Kenwood, Oklahoma with Martin Blossom, Rocky Carroll, Jimmy Davis, Cornelius Smith, Michael Jumper and Bryant Smith serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearer is Jerry Blossom. A Wake service will be held at 7 p.m. at Steeley Baptist Church.
