Carrie Saez

Carrie Jean (Boney) Saez, 73, was born in Spavinaw, OK on February 17, 1944, the daughter of Esiah and Lillie (King) Boney. She entered Heaven's gates on May 22, 2017. A devout Christian and mother, Carrie enjoyed mowing her lawn, growing fresh vegetables in her garden and working on projects throughout the house. She loved collecting power tools, quilting and baking pies. Carrie had an unwavering faith in God. She was a member of Euwasha Baptist Church. She also loved watching her favorite evangelist, Joel Osteen, every Sunday with her breakfast and hot cup of coffee. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Wake Service will be held from 6:00pm ~ 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 25th, 2017 in the Shipman's Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 26th in the Euwasha Baptist Church in Kenwood, Oklahoma with Reverend Richard Butter officiating. Interment will be in the Euwasha Cemetery with Kevin Saez, Joe Cafferata, Nicholas Cafferata, Everett Woods, Tommy Woods and Keith Woods serving as casket bearers. Carrie is survived by her children and spouses; Darlene (Joe) Cafferata of Knoxville, TN, Kevin (Maritza) Saez of Chicago, IL and Carolyn Reid of Lenoir City, TN; her 4 loving grandchildren; Nicholas & Lily Cafferata, Jenessa Saez and Gina Reid; 3 sisters, Nellie Loftis, Susanna Saez and Mary Boney of Wickliffe, OK. Carrie was predeceased by her husband of 30 years, Pedro Hill Saez. Her parents, Esiah Boney and Lillie (King) Boney and brothers, Ned, Wadie and Sam Boney; and nephew, Terry Beltron.
