Cindy Lavon (Frost) Manos, 55, of Salina, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013 at her home. She was born on February 9, 1958 in Miami, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jimmie Frost and Revia Jean (Blair) Frost. Cindy enjoyed knitting and sewing. She loved animals of all kinds and in younger years was an avid barrel racer. She loved her family and the time she spent with them. Cindy will be so very missed by all who knew and loved her. A Memorial Service is being planned soon. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service. She is survived by her father, Jimmie Frost; her son, Travis and wife, Paula Frost of Pryor, OK; her grandson, Nicholas Frost of Pryor, OK; her significant other, Bob Cruse; her brothers, Jimmy Dewayne Frost of Big Cabin, OK, Jerry Gene Frost of Afton, OK and Rick Dale Frost of Big Cabin, OK; several nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kevia Jean Frost.
