Clyde Lee Brashar, 85, of Chouteau, passed away on September 24, 2022 at his home. He was born on February 24, 1937 in Butler, Oklahoma; the son of Leander and Goldie (England) Brashar. He worked for many years as a trim carpenter and owned and operated Clyde Brashar Cabinet and Trim. Clyde enjoyed going to garage sales, fishing, reading westerns and woodworking. He leaves behind many memories and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in the Chouteau West Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2022 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel in Pryor. Clyde is survived by his son, Terry Brashar of Chouteau, Oklahoma; daughters, Patricia Rowbotham of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Theresa Floyd of Chelsea, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leander and Goldie England; and his wife, Karen Brashar.
