Daisy Mae Breshears - Chancellor, 70, of Catoosa, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on January 9, 1949; the daughter of Jim Sixkiller and Nellie (Peters) Cochran. Daisy worked as an LPN for 25 years at the Claremore Indian Hospital and for different home health agencies. She was also a member of the Lady birds for the VFW and a member of the Eastern Star. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2018 in the Twin Oaks Baptist Church in Twin Oaks, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in the Welch - Prairie Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, February 11, 2018 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. Daisy is survived by her daughter, Lisa King of Tulsa, Oklahoma; brothers, Max Sixkiller and wife Lisa of Springdale, Arkansas, Dale Sixkiller and wife Phyllis of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, and Tommy Sixkiller of Chewey, Oklahoma; sisters, Georgieann Sexton and husband Roy of Westville, Oklahoma, Louann Cochran and husband Bob of Rose, Oklahoma, and Lorene Crandell of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren, Charles Hathcoat, Alicia Cook, Kelsey Brown; 2 great grandchildren, Charles Truelove Hathcoat and Arik Jai Fisher; and many other relative's friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse E. Chancellor and her parents, Jim and Nellie Sixkiller.
