Dana Warford

Dana Alan Warford, 56, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017. He was born on September 26, 1961 in Greencastle, Indiana, the son of Raymond Warford and Sharon (Gentry) Warford. Dana worked in the trucking industry as a truck driver. He enjoyed his morning coffee. Dana enjoyed being outdoors, especially riding motorcycles, attending weekend motorcycle rallies and working on his cars. Dana also enjoyed watching Texans football. He loved his family and all the time he was able to spend with each one. Dana was a very spiritual person, believing in doing right by people and would help anyone that came his way. His 9-year-old granddaughter Sidney was his best friend. He will be remembered in all the wonderful memories he leaves with each one to cherish.

Funeral Services for Dana will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Shipman's Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jim Esterline officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hope Cemetery with Scott Lohorn, Kiley Warford, Cammron Warford, Tyson Warford, Karl Warford, Chad McIntyre, Todd Warford and Dustin Delaney serving as casket bearers. Dana is survived by his wife, Angela Warford of the home; his sons, Kiley Warford and wife, Melissa of Conroe, TX, Cammron Warford and wife, Kristen of Spring, TX, Karl Warford of Conroe, TX, Tyson Warford of Conroe, Texas and Chad McIntyre of Lafayette, IN; his mother, Sharon Alexander of Lafayette, IN; one brother, Todd Warford of Lafayette, IN; two sisters, Reva Lohorn and husband, Scott of Lafayette, IN, Marcia Mitchell of Lafayette, IN; seven grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Warford; two brothers, Tony Warford and Aaron Warford.
