Daphne Graham

Daphne Graham, 50, of Adair, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at her home. She was born on January 5, 1968 in Pryor; the daughter of Wilbert and Donna (Whitaker) Graham. Daphne worked most of her life as a home health aid for various companies and enjoyed her work. She had a huge heart for animals and worked hard to advocate for them. She enjoyed photography, going to garage sales and working as her family historian. Daphne also had a passion for motorcycles and was so proud of her most recent motorcycle she restored. Daphne had one daughter, Jessica, who was the light of her life and leaves behind many wonderful memories for her family to cherish.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 16, 2018 in the Pleasant View Baptist Church with Reverend Freddy Griffin officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 15, 2018 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. Daphne is survived by her daughter, Jessica Thompson of Pryor, Oklahoma; mother, Donna Whitaker of Arvada, Colorado; brothers, Patrick Graham of Arvada, Colorado and Timothy Graham and wife Sarah of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sisters, Brande Burns of Pryor, Oklahoma and Luenda Brannam and husband Murl of Adair, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Rachel Forrister and husband Joe of Disney, Oklahoma, Madison and Isla Graham of Okahoma City, Oklahoma; John David Graham of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Cason Burns of Pryor, Oklahoma and Cole Burns of Tuttle, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Wilbert Graham.
