Dave "Wah - Le - La" Budder, 87, of Kenwood, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 in Kenwood, Oklahoma. He was born on March 12, 1926 in Kenwood; the son of Ned of Nellie (Scott) Budder. Dave enjoyed working on motors and being outdoors. He would love to go outside and cut grass. Dave loved to watch basketball, especially Kenwood School. Dave also enjoyed going to gospel singings and to attend church events. He loved to be surrounded by those who meant the most to him and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 21, 2014 in the Kenwood Gymnasium. Interment will be in the Euwasha Cemetery with Dennis Phillips, Richard Budder, Ben Backwater, Brad Phillips, John Panther, and Austin Ballou serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be Mike Ross, Dan Ballou, Daryl Budder, and Vince Ross. Dave is survived by 2 brothers, Louie and wife Shirley Budder of Kenwood and Sammy Budder of Kenwood; 2 sisters, Agnes and husband Richard Martin of Oaks and Rose Nelle Budder of Salina; 3 grandchildren, Pamela (Budder) Proctor and husband Anthony Proctor of Kenwood, Darrin and wife Nelda Budder of Kenwood, and Travis and wife Destinee Budder of Kenwood; 7 great grandchildren, Ashley Proctor of Kenwood, Jarrod and wife Jordan Proctor of Kenwood, Laura Budder of Kenwood, Emerie Budder of Kenwood, Kobe Budder of Jay, Kaden Budder of Jay, and Melanie Jo Budder of Kenwood; 2 great great grandchildren, Peyton Proctor of Kenwood and Isaac Proctor of Kenwood. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Lula (Davis) Budder and second wife, Nan (Kingfisher) Budder; 1 sister, Ella Mae Redbird and 3 brothers, John, Stanley, and Willie.
