Dwight Alan "Mouse" Morouse, 66, of Claremore, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2011 in Claremore, Oklahoma . He was born on June 11, 1944 in Washington, Pennsylvania , the son of Albert Morouse, Sr. and Rose Carolyn (Semack) Morouse. He moved to Claremore in January-2008 from Madison, Maine. Mouse enjoyed classic cars, and was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of Maine and Oklahoma. He was an exhibitor and on the Board of Directors of Sawdust Art Festival, Laguna Beach, California for 10 years. He enjoyed music, being with people, laughing and traveling. He had an insatiable appetite for learning. "Mouse" was a well-known national artist whose laugh, captivating personality and dedicated friendships will be missed by all who knew him. He had a phenomenal zest for life and lived every minute of every day. He loved and talked about his family members constantly. There will be two Celebrations of Life; the first in February in San Clemente, California, where his children reside. The second will be held in Claremore at a later date to be announced. He is survived by his loving companion, Carolyn Wilcott; daughter Tiffany Eidsvold of San Juan Capistrano, CA; Sons Jed Alan Morouse of Laguna Beach, CA and Mason Morouse of San Juan Capistrano. Granddaughter Eden Eidsvold, grandson Vitorio Morouse and granddaughter Natalie Rose Eidsvold. Also surviving are brothers Albert Morouse, Jr. of Pennsylvania and Denny Morouse, who resides in Tulsa. ________________________________________
