Elsie Proctor

Elsie Ann (Arneecher) Proctor, 57, of Salina, Oklahoma, passed away on February 2, 2010 in Salina. She was born on April 28, 1953 in Claremore, Oklahoma, the daughter of Bud Arneecher and Susie (Pickup) Arneecher. She worked for the Cherokee Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation. She enjoyed going fishing with her husband, Jimmy Proctor. She will be so very missed by all who knew and loved her. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman‘s Funeral Cremation Service. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Proctor of Salina, Oklahoma; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
