Felicia Hare

Felicia Marie Hare, 61, of Pryor, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017 in Tulsa. She was born on November 10, 1956 in McAlester, Oklahoma; the daughter of Frank B. and Rose Ann (Morgan) Prichard. She married John Hare on August 4, 1979 in Krebs, Oklahoma; and together had 3 children. She attended Northeastern State University and earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree. She worked as a social worker most of her life for the DHS office in McAlester. Felicia was an amazing cook, and enjoyed spending time with her family. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart and she looked forward to each moment she had to spend with them. She also enjoyed gardening and was a member of the St. Mark Catholic Church in Pryor. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister, who leaves behind so many beautiful memories for them to cherish.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2017 in the St. Mark Catholic Church with Father Valentine Ndebilie and Father Celestine Obidiegwu officiating. Burial will follow in the Graham Memorial Cemetery with Terry Cowan, Bruce Cox, Randy Grossman, Mark Bair, Tim McCollough, and Dave Pilmaier serving as Pall bearers. Honorary Pall Bearers will be Jim Pilmaier, Mike Considine, Lenny Wagner, Steve Letzig, Jim Buffo, Paul Butler, and Phil Childers. Visitation and Rosary will be held from 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Catholic Charities of Tulsa or to the Boys and Girls Club of Green Country in Pryor. Felicia is survived by her husband, John Hare of the home; son, Justin Hare and wife Jerri of Pryor, Oklahoma; daughters, Allison Baldridge and husband Jeff of Pryor, Oklahoma and Kristin Ramsey and husband Daylon of Pryor, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Michael Prichard of Krebs, Oklahoma, Peter Prichard of Krebs, Oklahoma, David Prichard and wife Marie of Las Vegas, Nevada, John Peigare of Columbus, Ohio, Vincent Prichard of Krebs, Oklahoma, and Paul Prichard of Palm Springs, California; sisters, Sandra Creason and husband Gary of Edmond, Oklahoma, Clare Prichard of Krebs, Oklahoma, Elizabeth Prichard of Wilburton, Oklahoma and Emily Prichard - Stangl and husband Matt of Norman, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Rose Ann Prichard, and sister, Louise Prichard.
