Glenn Franklin Brewer, a beloved member of the Salina community, passed away on June 8, 2024, in Pryor, Oklahoma. He was born on April 8, 1953, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, to parents, Gerney and Pauline Brewer. 

Glenn was a man who cherished the simple pleasures of life. He had a passion for fishing and spent many peaceful days by the water's edge. Known for his friendly nature, Glenn always enjoyed striking up conversations with anyone who crossed his path. His porch was a gathering place where friends and family alike would come together to share stories and laughter.
 
Above all else, Glenn held his children and grandchildren dear to his heart; their happiness brought him immense joy. His love for his wife, Margie, knew no bounds, and their bond was a testament to enduring love. Glenn found solace in traveling back to Tennessee and exploring the beauty of the Smokey Mountains whenever he could.
 
Glenn is preceded in death by his parents Gerney and Pauline Brewer; daughter Gina Scalph; brothers Hardy Brewer, Bob Brewer, and Homer Brewer; sister Louise Murray; and half-sister Colleen McGill. He is survived by his wife Margie Brewer; stepchildren Troy Jones and wife Kelly Jones, Tracy Holliday; brother Carl Brewer; half-siblings Barbara Kuncle and Maryanne Prater; grandchildren Preston Jones and wife Jayson Jones, Brandon Jones, Steven Holliday, Dylan Holliday, Dakota McDonald and wife Taylor McDonald, Coleton McDonald and wife Lari McDonald; and four great-grandchildren, along with numerous other relatives and friends.
