Glenn Butler

Glenn Allen Butler, 69, of Tulsa, passed from this life on Sunday, November 7, 2021 in Tulsa. He was born on January 29, 1952 in Tulsa; the son of Barney Butler and Mary Steve. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and going on a good road trip. He also enjoyed going out to eat and having a great meal. He had a love for music and playing his guitar as well. He leaves behind many memories for all to cherish and will be dearly missed.

Glenn is survived by his daughter, Brittany Butler; his son, Braden Glenn Butler; his brother, Larry Curtis Butler of Tulsa; his sister, Wanda Sue Burrow of Tulsa; his nieces, Margie Snyder and Mary Kay Cooper both of Tulsa;  Sandra Mae Cooper-Wright of Skiatook;  Gina and Tony of Chouteau;  and Melinda of Skiatook;  nephews, Rickey Wayne and Bryan of Tulsa;  and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Barney C.   and Mary N.  Sister,  Martha Ogden.

Funeral services for Glenn will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, November 15, 2021, at the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Andy Pilant officiating. Burial will follow at the Chouteau West Cemetery with Clifford Snyder, Shields Waggoner, Ricky Simpson, and Wayne Simpson serving as casket bearers. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 14, 2021 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel.
