Harold E. Sisson, 84, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on September 12, 1928 in Webb City, Oklahoma, the son of Robert Sisson and Etta (Hall) Sisson. Harold faithfully served his Country in the United States Army during WWII as a corporal in the Infantry. He married Iverna Strohm on July 25, 1948 at McPherson, Kansas and had just celebrated their 65th Anniversary together. They enjoyed traveling, especially to Colorado. He was a Boy Scout leader and enjoyed going with the scouts to Philmont Camp. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing. Harold loved his wife, children, grandchildren and all the times he spent with them. He leaves many wonderful memories for each to cherish. Funeral Services for Harold will be held on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the First Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Dan Hazelton officiating. Interment will follow in the Graham Memorial Cemetery with Brad Henry, Scott Wasson, Tyler Rott, Craig Sisson, Frankie Morgan and Jack Richard serving as casket bearers. He is survived by his wife, Iverna of the home; his son, Craig and wife, Barbara Sisson of Pryor, OK; his daughter Cheryl Roybal of Santa Fe, NM; grandchildren, Chad Roybal, Sheri Roybal, Charity and husband, Lucas Horn, Torie and husband, Scott Wasson and Krystal and husband, Brad Henry; great grandchildren, Tyler Rott, Danica Wasson and Ethan Henry; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Etta Sisson; one brother, Robert "Chub" Sisson.
