Hayden Warford

Hayden Warford, 72, of Adair, Oklahoma passed away on January 9, 2011 in Pryor, Oklahoma. The son of Dozier Emma (Backward) Warford, he was born on May 5, 1938 in Ava, Missouri. Hayden grew up in Adair, and graduated from Adair High School in 1956. He faithfully served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1963. He returned to Adair and worked as a self employed handyman. Hayden will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 14, 2011 in the Shipman Funeral Chapel in Pryor. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hope Cemetery with Mr. Bill Gilpin officiating. Casket bearers are Jeremy Gilpin, Derrick Phelan, Aaron Squirrel, Todd Warford, Dana Warford and Bass Conseen. Warford of Vinita, OK; 3-sisters, Reva E. Moga of Adair, OK, Marsha husband, Ray Gilpin of Adair, OK, Mary husband, Jim Esterline of Adair, OK; 35 nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. Hayden was preceded in death by his parents; 4-Brothers, Robert, John Henry, Raymond Lincoln Warford; 1-Sister. Emma Lou Warford.
