Ingrid Anneliese Nilsen, 71, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2013 in Salina, Oklahoma. She was born on May 6, 1942 in Bayreuth, Germany, the daughter of Carl Hacker and Christina (Lins) Hacker. She married Henry Nilsen Jr. on December 21, 1962 and moved to Fountain, Colorado in the spring of 1974. She received her American citizenship in 1976. They moved to Oklahoma in 2004. She worked for McDonalds as a manager for many years. Ingrid was Catholic faith. She leaves many wonderful memories for her family and friends to cherish. She is survived by her daughter, Elisabeth S. (Nilsen) Guzman of Salina, OK; her sons, Ruediger R. Nilsen of Denver, CO; Michael J. Nilsen of Wagoner, OK, Michael D. Nilsen of Denver, CO; six grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Christina Hacker; her husband, Henry J. Nilsen Jr.; her son Kurt L. Nilsen; brothers Hans and Ginder Hacker; sisters, Heidi, Irene Gebelein; and three more sisters.
