James Joseph Keeley

James Joseph Keeley, Jr., passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was born on February 20, 1940, Chicago, Illinois.

James known for his kind heart and warm demeanor. Throughout his life, he touched the lives of those around him with his genuine compassion and unwavering generosity. His presence brought joy and comfort to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A man of simple pleasures, James found great joy in the little things in life. He had passion for fishing and bowling, often spending his free time indulging in these hobbies. However, his greatest joy came from being surrounded by his loving family. James cherished every moment spent with his loved ones and created countless precious memories that will be forever treasured.

James is survived by sons, Paul Cain of Chouteau, John Cain of Pryor, and James Keeley of Pryor; sister, Mary Jane Novak of Chicago, Illinois; granddaughter, Elizabeth Keeley; as well as many extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth Keeley; parents, James Joseph Keeley, Sr. and Catherine Keeley; brothers, Jerry Keeley and Paul Keeley; and sisters, Pat Keeley and Pam Keeley.
