JayZin Jerome Hopkins, 7 month old infant son of Tina Philpot and Jerome Hopkins passed away on Monday, September 26, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. JayZin was born on February 26, 2011 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. JayZin loved to have Clifford the Big Red Dog read to him. He especially loved his pacifier and having twinkle twinkle little star sang to him. He was a very happy baby whose sweet smile touched everyone's heart. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2011 in the Shipman's Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jerry Roady officiating. Interment will be in the Graham Memorial Cemetery Babyland. JayZin is survived by his parents, Tina Philpot and Jerome Hopkins of Pryor, Oklahoma; his brothers, Zakieus Hopkins and Zaylin Hopkins; maternal grandparents, Jon Philpot of Pryor, OK; Cheryl Philpot-Beeler of Pryor, OK and Richard Beeler of Pryor, OK; maternal great grandparents, Charles and Ginger Surber of Pryor, OK and J. C. and Norma Canon of Pryor, OK; paternal grandparents, Patricia Ann Taylor and Raymond Starnes of Grandview, MO and Darnell and Betty Taylor of Norman, OK; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Jess Philpot; his cousin, Urijah Hauenstein; his cousin, Andrew Shirley.
