JB Mouse Jr.

J.B. Mouse, Jr., 44, of Salina, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2016 in Salina, Oklahoma. He was born on August 11, 1971 in Claremore, Oklahoma; the son of J.B. Mouse, Sr., and Arlene McDonald. He worked at Simmons Chicken Plant and various other jobs around the area. He loved life and loved spending time with his fiancé, Johnna. His passion in life was for music and playing the guitar. He loved to play for different venues and enter contests. J.B. enjoyed spending time outdoors; especially when he was fishing. He looked forward to family gatherings and spending time with his grandchildren, Madelyn Mouse and Kaius Soldier. He leaves behind many memories and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 22, 2016 in the Blue Springs Church in Salina with Reverend Lorne Beck officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 21, 2016 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. A private burial will be held at a later date. J.B. is survived by his mother, Arlene Mouse of Spavinaw, Oklahoma; son, Marshall Mouse of Eucha, Oklahoma; daughter, Tori Mouse of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; brother, Christopher Mouse and wife Maria of Spavinaw, Oklahoma; sister, Emily Mouse - Newman of Spavinaw, Oklahoma; 2 grandchildren, Madlyne Mouse and Kaius Mouse. He is preceded in death by his father, J.B. Mouse, Sr., and his fiancé, Johnna Chambers.
