Jeffery Plemmons

Jeffery Lynn Plemmons, 55, of Salina, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020 in Colcord, Oklahoma. He was born on July 18, 1964 in Pryor; the son of James and Lou Ann (Pickup) Plemmons. Jeffery graduated in the Salina High School Class of 1982. He worked in the trucking industry for many years. Jeffery enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially when he was able to go hunting and fishing. He leaves behind many memories and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2020 in the Little Rock Indian Baptist Church in Locust Grove with Reverend Dylan Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Rock Indian Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 9, 2020 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel. Jeffery is survived by his mother, Lou Ann Plemmons of Salina, Oklahoma; step son, Jake Sitsler of Salina, Oklahoma; brothers, Charles Plemmons of Salina, Oklahoma and Travis Plemmons of Salina, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, James Plemmons and daughters, Amelia and Amanda Plemmons.
