Jenny Lee Mace, 59, of Pryor, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018 at her home. She was born on March 31, 1959 in Ft. Hood, Texas; the daughter of Clifford Wells and Rosalee Ayers. Jenny worked as a homemaker all her life and married Clyde Mace on September 10, 1975 in Garnett, Kansas. She loved to read and sew and looked forward to watching true crime shows, especially Criminal Minds and Japanese Soap Operas. She would strike up a conversation and visit with anyone and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 23, 2018 in the Graham Memorial Cemetery in Pryor with Jason Mace, Russell Smith, Bryan Fagg, Roger Mace, and Brandon Myers serving as casket bearers. Visitation will be held 1:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 22, 2018 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. Jenny is survived by her husband, Clyde Mace of the home; sons, Jason Mace and wife Shannon of Pryor, Oklahoma and Russell Smith and wife Kristi of Vinita, Oklahoma; sister, Debbie Wells of Garnett, Kansas; 4 grandchildren, Codi Bendabout, Virginia Mace, Katy Mae Smith, and Patrick Smith; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Wells and Rosalee Ayers; son, Nathan Mace and brother, David Wells.
