Jenny Mouse - Hansen

Jenny Dawn Mouse – Hansen, 43, of Salina, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020 in Tulsa. She was born on May 7, 1977 in Claremore, Oklahoma; the daughter of Kenneth Smith and Joyce Mouse. She attended the University of Tulsa, Northeastern State University and also earned her EMT Certification from Indian Capital Votech and worked for MESTA and Pafford. Jenny earned 5 gold coins from Air Evac and Life flight for caring for and transporting trauma patients. She had a heart for helping people and was a friend to all. She loved to travel abroad and within the United States. She enjoyed her time traveling to London and Australia, among many other places. Jenny also enjoyed going to the creek, reading, watching scary movies and spending time with her family and friends, especially her baby puggle, Susan. She was a member of the Ballou Baptist Church in Locust Grove. Jenny had a bright smile and loving personality who leaves behind many memories that her family will cherish forever.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 26, 2020 in the Ballou Baptist Church in Locust Grove, Oklahoma with Reverend Richard “Duke” Pickup officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 25, 2020 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel. Jenny is survived by her mother, Joyce Hansen and husband Woody of Jay, Oklahoma; brothers, Michael Wehbe of Austin, Texas and Jacob Hansen and wife Chelsea of Claremore, Oklahoma; sisters, Jade Hansen of Salina, Oklahoma, Lani Hansen of Salina, Oklahoma, Makenzie Hansen and Kendra Hollingsworth of Parker, Colorado; and Kelsie Kotzur and husband Cody of Tampa, Florida; nieces and nephews, Mateo, Noah, Abram, Malikai, Isaiah, Bentley, Rion, Lizzie, Emlyn, and Chelayna; her puggle, Susan;  a host of aunts and uncles and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Smith, sister, Julie Mouse, aunt, Diana Mouse – Buiting, and maternal grandparents, Willis and Emma Mouse.
