Jerry Thomas

Jerry Lee Thomas, 71, of Tulsa, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at his home. He was born on May 20, 1946; the son of Charles Everett and Virgie Ann (Lowery) Thomas. Jerry had various jobs throughout his life, but he enjoyed being a landlord and had many rental properties throughout the Tulsa area. He was ornery and loved to give his friends and family a hard time. Jerry liked to shoot pool, play ping pong, watch movies and the Oklahoma Sooners. He attended Southeast Baptist Church in Tulsa for many years. Jerry was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and leaves many memories behind for his family to cherish.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in the Southeast Baptist Church in Tulsa with Reverend Bill Bender officiating. Burial will follow in the Graham Memorial Cemetery with Poli Tostado, Nick Skelton, Todd Miller, Justin Garrett, Edgar Villalva, Daniel Miller, and Angel Tostado serving as casket bearers. Jerry is survived by his wife, Maria D. Thomas of the home; sons, Tim Thomas and wife Janell of Bristow, OK and Toby Thomas of Seattle, WA; daughter, Tracey Warnock and husband Don of Tulsa, OK and Diana Macias and husband, Poli Tostado of Tulsa, OK; brothers, John Thomas and wife Mary of Tulsa, OK and Jack Thomas and wife Peggy of Bixby, OK; sisters, Linda Fisher and husband Bill of Owasso, OK and Vickie Woronko of Bartlesville, OK; grandchildren, Whitney, Aaron, Allyson, Hunter, Brooklyn, Tanner, Paige, Kaitlyn, Rachel, Travis, Vianney Tostado and Daniel Tostado; great grandchildren, Ean, Ella, Paizley, Easton, Alaina and Austin; many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Virgie Ann Thomas; wife, Melba Thomas; and sisters, Peggy McKinny and Shirley Thomas.
