Jimmie Wickliffe

Jimmie Wickliffe, 82, of Salina, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on July 26, 1935 in Kenwood; the son of James and Charlotte (Hair) Wickliffe. He worked at Heston in Claremore as a machinist for many years. Jimmie loved the outdoors; especially when he was going hunting or fishing. He was a member of the New Jordan Baptist Church in Salina and looked forward to attending Church services or events. He enjoyed spending time with his family and leaves behind many wonderful memories.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 18, 2017 in the New Jordan Baptist Church in Salina with Reverend Russell Feeling and Reverend Floyd Kingfisher officiating. Burial will follow in the Grass Cemetery with Carl Ballou, Rufus Ballou, Jr., John Edward Proctor, Terry Ballou, Clayton Proctor, and Clinton Crittenden serving as casket bearers. Jimmie is survived by his wife, Barbara Wickliffe of the home and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Charlotte Wickliffe; 1 brother and 1 sister.
