Jimmy Cox Jr.

Jimmy Dale Cox Jr. 43 of Tulsa and formerly of Pryor, was born on June 23, 1966 in Pryor. He passed away on May 20, 2010 in Tulsa, Ok. The son of Jimmy Dale Cox Rosemary (Willman) Cox, growing up in a Navy family had lived in San Diego, CA, Corpus Christ, TX and back to San Diego where he graduated from high school in June of 1984. After graduation he worked at the Navy Exchange Miramar NAS until returning to Pryor for a short time and then moving to Tulsa. He attended Oklahoma Junior College and then worked for Dollar Thrifty for 15 years prior to going to work for Direc T.V. in Tulsa in July 2007. Jimmy enjoyed watching movies, listening to music and reading; he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 28, 2010 in the Shipmané��â‚â„�s Funeral Chapel of Pryor. Reverend Jim Stilwell will officiate and burial will follow in the Graham Memorial Cemetery in Pryor with Tracy A. Hall, Jackie L. Hall Jr., Anthony W. Hall, Eddie Odle, Charles Odle, Billy Joe Odle and Tracy A. Hall Jr. serving as casketbearers. His Grandmother Ramona Melvin of Broken Arrow, OK, 1-neice, and four nephews, He was preceded in death by his father Jimmy Dale Cox in November of 1965.
