Joann Stratford 65 of Langley, Oklahoma passed away on October 17, 2010 in Langley. The daughter of George Veronica (Rheil) Frisk was born on October 31, 1944 in West Ellis, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by one brother Jack Frisk.
