John Jamison

John Paul Jamison, 73, of Tulsa, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at his home. He was born on August 3, 1944 in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania; the son of Robert L. and Martha (Meighen) Jamison. John faithfully served his country in the United States Army. He attended Oklahoma State University and earned a Bachelor's Degree. He worked for Manhattan Construction most of his life, working as a construction manager. John enjoyed oil painting; especially painting birds. He was a wonderful husband and father and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 27, 2017 in the First Christian Presbyterian Church with Reverend Phil Ball officiating. John is survived by his wife, Jo Jamison of the home; and daughter, Laura Jamison and fiancé Stacy Nissley of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Martha Jamison and brother, Robert L. Jamison.
