Johnna Chambers

Johnna "Pooh" Marie Willman - Chambers, 45, of Salina, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2016 in Salina, Oklahoma. She was born on February 19, 1971 in Pryor, Oklahoma; the daughter of John and Lorene (Cochran) Willman. Johnna graduated from Salina High School in 1989. After high school, she earned her LPN at the Northeastern Vo - Tech in Pryor. Her nursing career allowed her to care for the elderly, whom she had a special love for. Her job at Salina Care Center gave her the opportunity to care for family members and she was very proud of this. She enjoyed spending time outdoors; especially when she was fishing. She also looked forward to crocheting and photography. Johnna also had a special love for her dogs, Fil and Joe. Johnna had a wonderful smile and always a hug showing how much she loved you. If she loved you, you knew it! She will be remembered by all the wonderful memories she leaves behind and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 22, 2016 in the Blue Springs Church in Salina with Reverend Lorne Beck officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m, Thursday, April 21, 2016 in the Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service. Johnna is survived by her son, Brett Shamblin of Salina, Oklahoma; brothers, Jerry Willman of Salina, Oklahoma and David Arneecher and wife Arlene of Salina, Oklahoma; sisters, Sandra Hendrick and husband Don of Rio Rancho, New Mexico and Elizabeth Patton and husband Dub of Longview, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lorene Willman and her brother, John Edward.
