Judy Rosson Loffer, 68, of Muskogee, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019, at her home. She was born on August 15, 1951, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the daughter of Paul and Birdene (Mundy) Russell. She married Rick Loffer on September 6, 2009, at the Little Rock Baptist Church in Locust Grove, Oklahoma. Judy’s favorite meal was fried potatoes, fish, and hush puppies while camping at the lake. She loved to cook for her family, especially on birthdays and holidays. Judy enjoyed listening to George Strait, watching Patrick Swayze, and dancing to ’50s and ‘60s rock and roll. In the late 70’s she was a competition disco dancer around the Bakersfield area. Judy loved people and would make friends with anyone she met. She loved spending time with her family, but her favorite pastime was to wrestle with her grandson, Isaiah, on the floor. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
