Katharine Linn

Katharine Maudine Linn, 65, of Eucha, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at her home. She was born on August 21, 1952 in Delaware County; the daughter of Raymond Pickup and Virginia (Wilson) Pickup. She worked as a nurse most of her life for various hospitals, the longest being at Gravette Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas. She had a heart for helping people and loved being a nurse. Maudine looked forward to attending family gatherings and spending time with those she loved most. She was attended Old Clouds Creek Church and enjoyed going to church services and attending revivals. She had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren and cherished each moment she had to spend with them. Maudine leaves behind many wonderful memories for her family to remember.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 14, 2018 in the Hillside Church in Eucha with Reverend Jimmy Muskrat officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillside Cemetery with Jerry Linn, Jason Foreman, Boy Foreman, Matthew Foreman, Elijah Feeling, and Jeremy Blackbear. serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be Micah Foreman Blackbear, Seth Foreman Blackbear, Blake Agnes, Kamdyn Fields, Brett Agnes, and Kai Fields. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 13, 2018 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. Maudine is survived by her husband, Melvin Linn of the home; son, Bobby Foreman of Eucha, Oklahoma; daughter, Virginia Foreman of Eucha, Oklahoma; brothers, Newlyn Pickup and wife Mary of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, George Pickup of Jay, Oklahoma, Darrell Pickup of Kansas, Oklahoma; sisters, Elizabeth "Nan" Davis and husband Andrew of Colcord, Oklahoma, and Carrie Fisher of Colcord, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren, Tevin Keen of Kansas, Oklahoma, Sarah Agnes and husband Brett of West Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Shiane Foreman of Pryor, Oklahoma; Dylan Foreman of Pryor, Oklahoma, Kierra Fields of Stilwell, Oklahoma. and 3 great grandchildren, Blake, Camdyn, and Kai. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Virginia Pickup, son, Richie Foreman; 2 sisters and 1 brother.
