Kathryn Lanette Farrelly, known to her loved ones as Kathy, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, at the age of 71, in Pryor, Oklahoma. She was born on August 30, 1952, in Texarkana, Arkansas to the late Jacquelin and Everett Lewis.
Kathy led a fulfilling life, leaving a lasting impact on those around her. She will be remembered for her warm heart, vibrant personality, and unwavering love for her family. Kathy's devotion to her loved ones was evident in the deep connections she maintained throughout her life.
She was a loving wife to Robert B. Farrelly Jr., who preceded her in death. They shared countless cherished memories together and supported each other through life's ups and downs.
Kathy was blessed with a daughter named Sabrina Goodwin, who brought immeasurable joy into her life. Their bond was unbreakable, and they shared many special moments together. One of their favorite pastimes was engaging in friendly Scrabble competitions, with Sabrina often winning.
In addition to her immediate family, Kathy leaves behind a sister, Margie Steward and her husband Gary of Locust Grove, OK. She also had sisters-in-law Carol Walker and Margo Susie Robinson who were dear to her heart. Kathy held a special place in the lives of numerous nieces and nephews whom she adored.
Outside of her family circle, Kathy had a wide range of interests and hobbies that enriched her life. She had a special love for dogs and spent much of her time caring for them. Fishing brought peace to Kathy's soul as she soaked in the tranquility of nature's beauty. She also loved to go to the beach.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Chapelwood Memorial Garden in Texarkana, Texas.
