Kendall Hailey Payne

Kendall Hailey Payne, passed away on February 15, 2024. Kendall was born on November 16, 1981 to Sharon Lea Ann Lee and Gary Dale True. Kendall lived most of her life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a graduate of Edison High School. She worked many years at Tulsa Behavioral Health before leaving and working for the Indian Health Care Resource Center. Kendall loved her family, her friends, her pets, and most of all, her son, Logan. 

Kendall is survived by her son, Logan Lee Payne of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her parents, Gerald and Lea Ann Lee of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; sisters, Kelly Davis and children, Wyatt and Kate of Altus, Oklahoma; Allison Robinson, her husband, Todd and sons, Cooper and Nash all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Jessica Salter, her husband, Shawn and children, Olivia, Hudson and Emily all of Lake Charles, Louisiana; brother, James Lee of Tulsa, Oklahoma;  her maternal grandmother, Movita Turner and aunt, Lanette Hawkins both of Locust Grove, Oklahoma and her son, Brandon Hawkins, his wife, Kimberly Hawkins, and their son, Cope Hawkins; and maternal uncles, Alan Turner and Bud Turner. 

She is also survived by paternal aunts and uncles, Raymond and Sandy True, Bill True, John True, Barbara Hester, Lewis True and Terry Wright. 

She is preceded in death by her father, Gary Dale True and his parents, Ruth and Nelson True, his sister, Betty True and his brother, Ronnie True all of Pryor, Oklahoma. She is also preceded in death by her loving maternal grandfather, William Gentry "Bud" Turner of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; and her beloved brother - in - law, Sean Michael Davis, husband of Kelly Davis. 

A private celebration of life and memorial service for family and friends will be held at a later date.
