Kenneth Silversmith

Kenneth Silversmith, 80, of Carrollton, Texas, passed from this life on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at his home. He was born on June 2, 1942, in Claremore, Oklahoma to Robert and Ruth (Summerfield) Silversmith. After high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed being outside, running and riding his bike. He also liked to read. Most of all, he loved his family and spending time with them, and he loved his Lord. He leaves behind many memories for all to cherish and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at the Roundsprings Cemetery in Eucha. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Shipman’s Funeral Home. He is survived by his sons, Steven, Brent, and Craig Silversmith; daughter, Kerry Silversmith; brother, Robert Silversmith; sisters, Margie King and Anna Jane; grandchildren, Ashley Browne and husband Garrett, Sara and Zachary Sweet, Zoiee Langenberg, Tori and Anthony Silversmith, Chloe Humphreys, and River and Lily Silversmith. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruth; brother, Rufus Silversmith; and sister, Gloria Greenfeather.
