Kent Alan Bergmann

Kent Alan Bergmann, 67, of Pryor, passed from this life on Monday, May 29, 2023 in Pryor. He was born in Pryor on January 8, 1956; the son of William Henry Bergmann and Betty Jane (Bradford) Bergmann. Kent graduated with the Pryor High School class of 1974. After high school, he furthered his education at Oklahoma State. Kent had a successful career with Cherokee Builders and worked for them for over 20 years. He was an action photographer and loved to attend rodeos and sports events to get the best action shots. He was an avid woodworker, craftsman, and also a dare devil in his younger years; climbing the Pryor water tower and writing his name on it. He was one of a kind, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

 

Private family services will be held. 

 

Kent is survived by one son, Matthew Bergmann, of Neenah, Wisconsin; siblings, Lisa Dennis and husband Jerry, and Stanley Bergmann and wife Susan; aunt, Charlene Arric and husband Joe; many nieces and nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Betty Bergmann; great grandparents, Charles and Verda Bergmann and Sam and Monnie Bradford
