Larry Glass

Larry Glass, 52, of Catoosa, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on December 8, 1968 in Claremore; the son of Leon and Betty Lou Glass (Lacy). He attended Church on the Move. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He was an OU fan, loved watching football, dirt track car racing, vacations to the beach, and going to concerts. He leaves behind many memories for all to cherish and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

Funeral services for Larry will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel with Andy Pilant officiating. Burial will take place in the Chouteau West Cemetery with Brent Bates, Jason Edwards, Nate Cook, and Tommy Underhill serving as casket bearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Shipman’s Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Glass (Wilson) of the home; his daughters, Kyla Lewis of Claremore and Ashlynn Heinze and husband Justin of Salina; brother, Tim Glass of Rose, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Braxton Birdwell, and Peyton Heinze; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Betty Lou.
