Lillian Lynn Buck-Raper

February 5, 1969 — May 31, 2023

Pryor

Lillian Lynn Buck-Raper, 54, of Pryor, went to her heavenly home on May 31st, 2023, in Pryor, Oklahoma. Lillian was born on February 5th, 1969, in Claremore, Oklahoma; the daughter of Linda Littledave and Steve and Martha Buck.

Lillian attended Kansas Public Schools and made many lifelong friends.  She worked as an elder nutrition cook in Oaks for several years, though she never considered it a "job" but an honor to serve our elders and visit with them. Lillian married James Raper on August 20, 2012. Together they had five beautiful children.

Lillian was a kind and welcoming woman who had an infectious smile that would instantly light up the room. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She had a passion for crocheting, she was a dedicated wrestling fan, and was faithfully invested in Friday Night Smackdown. Her avid trips to Dollar Tree and Five Below to find a good deal will be forever cherished. Lillian loved planning family events, family bingos, and looked forward to family gatherings. Visiting with family was very important to her, but her most cherished moments were with her grandchildren. She looked forward to going to all the grandkids school events and games. Although her physical ailments made it difficult, she was always there. Her pleasant personality made it easy to approach her about anything; she listened without judgment and always provided words of encouragement.

Lillian was survived by her children: Cullen Raper and Jordan Walker of Claremore, OK; Cameron Raper of Pryor, OK; Hillary Brickey and husband Derrek of Salina, OK; Lila Davis and husband Darwin of Colcord, OK; and Justine Raper of Pryor, OK. Her grandchildren Konner, Brantley, Major, Vera, Aris, Lucy, Moxon, and Baker meant the world to her. She is also survived by a special niece, Sophia Hodson.

Lillian's surviving siblings include Nooge Littledave and wife Chanda of Kenwood; Ike Littledave of Kenwood; and Wilma Cummings of Pryor; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Lillian will forever be remembered as the loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend that she was. Although her body was failing, her faith was unwavering. She possessed a special talent for making everyone feel special while still being humble herself.

Lillian was a beautiful soul that will be missed by many. Her spirit will continue to live on within the cherished memories that we hold in our hearts.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Linda Littledave and Steve and Martha Buck; husband, James Raper; brother, Charlie Littledave; and granddaughter, Kennedy Brickey.
