Lowell Norheim

Lowell Bernarr Norheim, 81, of Vinita (formerly of California), passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018 in Pryor. He was born on November 1, 1936 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin; the son of Rosenius and Thelma (Fuglestad) Norheim. He faithfully served his country in the United States Navy and after being honorably discharged Lowell worked for his wifes family most of his life as a carnival worker and ran the Ferris wheel. He also enjoyed horse racing and spent time at Hollywood Park, California watching the races. He enjoyed spending time with those he loved most and leaves behind many wonderful memories.

Lowell is survived by his daughter, April Ray of Vinita, Oklahoma; sisters, Rhoda Tuit of Santa Monica, California and JoAnn Wold of North Dakota; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Sharron parents, Rosenius and Thelma Norheim also two brothers Esley and Ralph Norheim.
