Margaret Ramsey

Margaret Sue Ramsey, 67, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at her home in Pryor. She was born on October 12, 1947 in Marble City, Oklahoma, the daughter of George and Ruby (Talbert) Bush. She married Billy Ramsey and had celebrated 52 years of marriage. Margaret worked the United States Postal Service as a Rural Mail Carrier until her retirement in April of 2010. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Colorado, enjoying the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Margaret also enjoyed working in her flower beds. She attended church at Blue Springs near Salina. Margaret's family always looked forward to Thanksgiving and all the wonderful dishes she would prepare for them. She was a lovely lady who leaves many wonderful memories for her family and friends to cherish. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 2, 2015 in the Shipman's Funeral Chapel with Reverend Lorne Beck officiating. Interment will follow in the Graham Memorial Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Ramsey of the home; her sons, Richard and wife, Rhonda Ramsey of Pryor, OK, David and wife, Lisa Ramsey of Chouteau, OK; her grandchildren, Amber and husband, Austin Hamby, Jenalee Ramsey, Royce Ramsey and Cyla Williams, Ryan Ramsey; two great grandchildren, Jett Mitchell and Ryder Ramsey; one brother and one sister; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Ruby Bush; and one brother.
