Marilyn Marie Keith, 86, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019 in Claremore, Oklahoma. She was born on January 14, 1933 in Ratcliff, Arkansas, the daughter of Thomas D. O’Bar and Deba (McVay) O’Bar. She has graduated from the Pryor High School Class of 1950. Marilyn loved her church family and was very active in the First Free Will Baptist Church in Pryor. She was very active and loved bowling with the girls in Bowling Leagues. She enjoyed dominos on Wednesday afternoons. A lovely lady of faith who leaves many wonderful memories for her family and friends to cherish. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 10 a.m. in the First Free Will Baptist Church with Reverend Rusty Harrison officiating. Interment will be in the Graham Memorial Cemetery with Joel Keith, Justin Keith, Jason Thomas, Pate Thomas, Jim Thomas and Larry Peters serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday evening. The family asks in lieu of flowers memorials be made to First Free Will Baptist Church in her memory. She is survived by her son, Jerry Keith and wife, Dara of Adair, OK; daughter, Linda Thomas of Pryor, OK; four grandchildren, Joel Keith, Justin Keith, Jason Thomas and Heather Williams; eight great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren and one on the way; five sisters-in-law, Dawn O’Bar, Tina O’Bar, Mae Wolfe, Doris Hopper and Betty Smith. She was preceded by her parents, Thomas and Deba O’Bar; four brothers, Mack, Leroy, Alton and John O’Bar; three sisters-in-law, Ethel Gilpin, Vera O’Bar and Veda Rae O’Bar.
