Mark Anthony Arnold, 52, of Foyil, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at his home. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Shipman's Funeral Chapel in Pryor, Oklahoma. Interment will be in the Adair Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral Cremation Service.
