Matthew Joseph Pilmaier, 21, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on August 4, 2016 near Pryor, Oklahoma. He was born on August 8, 1994 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of James Joseph Pilmaier and Eva Sue (Carroll) Pilmaier. Matthew graduated from Pryor High School in 2013, also graduating from the Thunderbird Academy. Matthew had worked for World Wide Steel and currently worked for Chili's as one of their best cooks. He enjoyed gaming, especially on the XBOX. Matthew was a wonderful person with big hugs, an infectious laugh, and an even bigger heart. Matthew loved his family, especially his children, Chakota, Ryker and to be born, Kynzlee. He was loved as a husband, father, son, brother and dear friend. Matthew was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Pryor, Oklahoma. Even though he leaves us much too soon his love of life, family and friends gives so many wonderful memories to cherish and remember. A Mass will be held on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the St. Mark Catholic Church with Father, Celestine Obidegwu officiating. A Rosary will be held on Sunday evening at the church with visitation from 5-7 and Rosary starting at 7 p.m. Interment will be in the Chouteau West Cemetery with Andrew Pilmaier, Christopher Pilmaier, Jake Pilmaier, Wesley Dehart, Darren Wiggington and Benny Shrum serving as casket bearers. Matthew is survived by his wife, Skye Pilmaier of Pryor, OK; his mother, Susie Kent and husband, Jeff of Pryor, OK; his father, Jim Pilmaier and Connie Smith of Pryor, OK; his children, Ryker, Chakota and Kynzlee Pilmaier of the home; his brothers, Andrew and wife, Angela Pilmaier and their son, Robert of Owasso, OK; Christopher and wife, Megan Pilmaier and their son Phillip of Gulf Port, MS; his sisters, Sarah Pilmaier and her sons, Daniel and Alex Chupp of Bartlesville, OK, and Lauren Pilmaier of Chelsea, OK; maternal grandparents, Tommy and Alice Carroll of Langley, OK; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tom and Mary Pilmaier.
