Mickey Mooney

Mickey C. Mooney, 64, of Big Cabin, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on October 26, 1953 in Claremore; the son of Loy T. and Shirley (Hensley) Mooney. He worked most of his life as a brick mason for his father and worked as a shop manager in the oil field industry. Mickey had a passion for helping people and preaching God's word. He was passionate about his jail ministry and traveling to different jails around the area ministering to those in need. Mickey loved the outdoors and looked forward to going fishing and riding motorcycles. He loved his family and cherished each moment he had to spend with them. He leaves behind many wonderful memories and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mickey is survived by his wife; Wanda Mooney of the home; son; Josh Mooney of Cleveland, Oklahoma; daughter, Angel Culberson of Stroud, Oklahoma; step sons, Jeremy Noland and wife Christy of Adair, Oklahoma, Travis Noland and wife Jenna of Pryor, Oklahoma, and Michael Noland and wife Duygu of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brother, Charlie Mooney of Tulsa, Oklahoma; sisters, Mary Lou McClendon of Pryor, Oklahoma, Belinda Roberts of Vinita, Oklahoma and Susie Mooney of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his son, Mickey Mooney, Jr. and daughter, Niki Mooney.
