Miriam Allen

Miriam Allen, 89, of Bartlesville, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 in Bartlesville. She was born on November 16, 1930 in Selma, Alabama; the daughter of John M. and Lottie (Courtney) Brown. Miriam enjoyed gardening and was an avid reader. She loved her family and spending time with them each moment she could. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Miriam is survived by her sons, Mark Allen of Montana and Randall Allen of Disney, Oklahoma; daughters, Pamela Henninger and husband Arthur of Pensacola, Florida, Robin Eckert of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Shelly Gray of Salina, Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lottie Brown; husband, Deweul G. Allen; son, Ronnie Allen; sister, Patricia; brother, Ronnie Allen; granddaughters, Jami Herring and Brandy Allen; and grandson, Zachary Allen.
