Nora Quinn

Nora Jane Quinn of Salina, Oklahoma was the daughter of John Owen Stokes Mary Ann (Houston) Stokes. Nora was born on December 9, 1944 in Pryor, OK she passed away on October 2, 2010 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 65. She was married to Frank H (Pee Wee) Quinn Jr on November 10, 1964 in Miami, OK. She was a military wife and traveled the U.S. with her husband family. Nora was a homemaker and loved to make pies and be with her grandchildren, and raising flowers, and visiting with her many friends. Nora will be missed by all who knew her. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 P.M on Wednesday October 6, 2010 in the Church of God Holiness in Salina, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral Cremation Service of Pryor. Nora is survived by 3 daughters; Lisa White Husband Timothy-"Tad-Pole" of Salina, OK, Donna McCullough of Tulsa, OK, Cat Abercrombie-"Quinn" Kris Myers of Tulsa, OK. 9-Grandchildren, Jamie, Lindsey, Lily, Kristen, Dillon, Steven, Katie, Brent and Alex. 1-Great Granddaughter, Skyleigh; 2-Brothers; Lee Stokes wife Marylyn; George Stokes and Barbara Stokes, all of Salina, OK; 2-Sisters; Viola Broner of Holt, MO and Audry Stokes of Salina, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Quinn Jr. on Feb. 1, 1994, 2-Brothers; John Owen Stokes Jr. William "Butch" Stokes; one sister; Ethel Cauthen her parents.
