Phoenix Long

Phoenix Arlene Long, 14, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on August 29, 2003, the daughter of Jason Long and Amethyst Trent. Phoenix was a loving daughter who enjoyed being creative, writing, drawing and writing stories. She enjoyed taking pictures and singing. Phoenix enjoyed making pastries for everyone. She lived in her home with her father, Jason and mother, Brittany Long. She attended the First Church of God in Pryor. Phoenix was a lovely young lady who leaves us much to soon. The beautiful memories she leaves will live on in the hearts of those she loved and loved her.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 in the First Church of God at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Andrew Rehbein officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, May 28, 2018 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. She is survived by her parents, Jason and Brittany Long of Strang, OK; her mother, Amethyst Trent of Wagoner, Oklahoma; her siblings, Colton Goza of Japan, Jason Long of Talihina, OK, Josiah Long of the home, Courtney Long of Pryor, OK, Victoria Long of the home and Lilianna Moore (Long) of the home; paternal grandparents, James Long of Muskogee, OK and Robbin Greenwood and Tim Sargert of Pryor, OK; paternal great grandmother, Essie Shearer of Pryor, Oklahoma; maternal grandparents, Keaton and Audrey Littlefield of Wagoner, OK; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by paternal great grandfathers, Robert "Bill" Shearer and Horace "Curley" Long; and maternal grandfather, David Trent.
